Cuando reconocemos a Dios contamos siempre con sus favores

 

«Engrandeced a Jehová conmigo, Y exaltemos a una su nombre. Busqué a Jehová, y él me oyó, Y me libró de todos mis temores.  Los que miraron a él fueron alumbrados, Y sus rostros no fueron avergonzados.» Salmos 34:3-5 (RVR1960)

 Las riquezas de los que desprecian a Dios probarán su desgracia, se esfumarán como la neblina, porque la vanidad de la vida no durara mucho. Sin embargo, los que reconozcan a Dios como digno de toda adoración y confianza, serán saciados del bien que no perece y podrán disfrutar de la bondad divina. No confíes en las riquezas ni sirvas al dinero, confía en Dios y sírvele a Él.

Nuestra provisión viene de Dios, porque aun cuando nosotros pretendamos atribuir nuestros bienes a nuestro esfuerzo, es Dios quien da la fuerza,  nuestras capacidades para desarrollar nuestros oficios vienen de Dios. Así que, toda la gloria es de Dios. Pero además, para que podamos disfrutar lo que tenemos y para que podamos prosperar en todo, debemos someternos a Dios y adecuar nuestras vidas a su voluntad y a su propósito, de lo contrario, un día seremos olvidados por completo, cuando Dios otorgue la gloria más grande a sus hijos; cuando todos sean reunidos por Dios para estar con Él cara a cara.

Hoy es buen tiempo para rendirnos ante Dios y pedirle perdón por nuestra arrogancia y de ese modo vivir para alabanza de su santo nombre, gozando siempre se su misericordia y de su fidelidad.
